I had to play a hip replacement 4 years ago and still running, golf and be very active. My doctor says I can run up to 3 miles on the treadmill or on the road. Another doctor, who said in hip specialist, he should never executed. Just a little confused.

I Rodes titanium on the back and the doctor told me it would last a lifetime.
I had my hip made of titanium for 17 years. I always have in my garden work for hours a day, and I stood for hours as a cashier. Sometimes I feel a little pain, but after sleeping one night, I'm good to go again.
